 Sometimes being late is unavoidable, depending on circumstances, I may be forced to charge a late fee, shorten and or reschedule your service. 10 minutes late to your appointment will result in a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. If you “no call/no show” your appointment, any deposit paid is forfeited (non-refundable/non-transferable) AND you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE, no exceptions. (You will be blocked if I am unable to charge your card.)
